Built in 1972 and entirely renovated in 1997, the 4200 St. Laurent offers all the amenities and conveniences of a modern facility. The corridors and common area are a blend of original 1970s style with a modern retro-fit that marries the two genres of design.
Originally a garment factory, the building is now home to a diverse collection of Montreal's best known creative talents and a major centre for software development, architecture and design, music, entertainment, and fashion.
